King v. Burwell

A lot is at stake in the King v. Burwell case challenging the payment of subsidies through the federally facilitated marketplaces.   Not only would millions of individuals be affected, but insurance carriers, community health centers, hospitals, insurance carriers, small businesses and many more would be negatively impacted.
